QUALITY OF EXPERIENCE

Quality of Experience (QoE) is a subjective measurement of the overall level of customer satisfaction with a service. It is partly related to the Quality of Service, the difference being that this measure is based primarily on the opinion of the users, which makes it difficult to measure. Just like with QoS, the operators aim to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.
